   My approach begins with a thoughtful intake and assessment process, where I take time to understand where you are and what you’re experiencing; whether that includes emotional distress, difficult thought patterns, past experiences, or other concerns affecting your well-being. 

  Together, we identify a primary area of focus and create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), while also incorporating creative modalities like art and music therapy when appropriate. Every aspect of therapy is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in what will best support your growth and healing.
